The JBL 8102 is a high-power, two-way passive surround speaker engineered for professional cinema environments. Designed for small to medium-sized auditoriums, it features a 10 inch low-frequency transducer and a 1 inch high-frequency driver, delivering wide 110° x 90° coverage and a peak SPL of 125 dB. The 8102 is optimized for throw distances up to 40 feet, making it ideal for immersive surround applications.
Its cabinet includes a 20° down-angled front baffle for improved audience coverage and integrates seamlessly with JBL’s Cinema Series screen speakers and subwoofers. With an 8 ohm impedance and 260 watt power handling, the 8102 supports efficient multi-speaker wiring and long-term reliability. Mounting options include JBL QuickMount™, Omnimount®, and APC Multimount brackets.
