Sales Tax Collection & Compliance
Last Updated: June 10, 2025
We comply with U.S. sales tax regulations to ensure accurate tax collection and reporting.
Tax Collection by State
Sales tax is automatically applied to orders shipped to Georgia and Florida, unless a valid sales tax exemption certificate is presented and approved before purchase.
For drop-shipped orders, where the vendor has nexus in the delivery state, we may be required to collect sales tax based on that state’s tax regulations.
Tax Calculation & Adjustments
- Due to variations in county and city tax rates, the exact tax amount may not always be displayed at checkout.
- If an overcharge occurs, any difference will be refunded once the final tax liability is determined.
- If sales tax is not charged at checkout but is required based on destination laws, it will be invoiced separately before processing your order.
Exemptions & Responsibilities
Resale Certificates
- Businesses seeking a sales tax exemption must submit a valid exemption or resale certificate for the destination state and obtain vendor approval before placing an order.
- Please contact us in advance for processing.
Automatic Tax Application
- Sales tax will automatically apply to all orders shipped to Georgia and Florida, unless a valid exemption certificate has been verified and approved.
Use Tax Obligations
- If we do not collect sales tax at the time of purchase, you may still be required to report and pay use tax to your state’s Department of Revenue.
Tax Rate Changes
We reserve the right to adjust sales tax rates in accordance with changes to state and local tax laws.
Multi-State Compliance
We comply with economic nexus laws where applicable. Some states require tax collection even if we do not have a physical presence there.
