Return & Refund Policy

At Magna-Tech Electronic Company (MTE), we value your satisfaction. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return the item for a refund, store credit, or exchange, following the guidelines outlined below.


Shipping

We aim to ship in-stock orders within 1 to 2 business days. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email with further instructions.

We offer worldwide shipping, though certain products have restrictions on international delivery. For example, XpanD batteries cannot be shipped internationally.


Backorders

If an item is on backorder, we will notify you via email with details and options.


Returns

Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags and labels attached.

Return Process

Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing cs@mteworld.com.

Securely package the item in its original box, including your proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. A trackable shipping method is strongly recommended.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Please allow at least 7 days for processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.


Order Cancellations

Pending orders can be canceled without fees if they have not been processed.

Processed or packed orders may not be eligible for cancellation.

Shipped orders are subject to restocking and return fees, per our return policy above.


Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us at cs@mteworld.com for a refund or exchange.


Important Notes

A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the item is defective.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Special orders and custom-made items are non-returnable.
